Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GLP Daily on iPhones you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial wellness tracking.

Not medical advice

GLP Daily is a wellness tracking and education tool. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider, and it does not provide dosing recommendations. Always consult your provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment plan. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

No affiliation

GLP Daily is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or the makers of Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your data, your responsibility

Because GLP Daily stores your data on your device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and for maintaining your own backups (for example, via iCloud Backup). If your device is lost, damaged, reset, or your app is deleted, we cannot recover your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its content.
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or another person's rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

GLP Daily is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific health, fitness, or wellness goals.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLP Daily and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
